A shell of person

A frozen heart

A blackened heart

A deadened heart

Perished in the flames

Rise from ashes disillusioned

Phoenix

Eyes opened, always light

Spring's first blossom

Unfolds and spreads

Heals and grows

In fertile soil

Once decayed

Now alive

In joy of life

Forevermore
