The overall International winner is Ivelina Kancheva, age 17, of Varna, Bulgaria. Ivelina Kancheva will also receive the blue ribbon medal for top 2006 International entry.

The winner is Jing Ting Cheah, age11, of Nanjing, China.

The winner is Chloe Smart, age 11, of Frankston, Australia.

Great Britain
The winner is Michael Blackwell, age 13, of St. Albans, UK.

The winner is Esma Aslibay, age10, of Istanbul, Turkey.

International Entries are encouraged and welcomed. Please spread the word to other cities and schools in your country about the Kids Philosophy Slam!

There will be prizes for the top entry from each country and the overall best International entry.

Prizes for International entries have not been finalized, though international sponsors are welcome and needed. If you know of a company or organization in your city or country who would like to support this program, or provide prizes for your country, please contact us at: info@philosophyslam.org

Please submit all essays in English. International entrants should follow all the submission guidelines as stated in the rules.
